1. Acceptance
By using this website or booking a ticket, space or workshop, you agree to these terms. If you book on behalf of a company or group, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Tickets
- A booking is confirmed only when payment is complete or an offline payment is approved by the box office.
- Each ticket carries a unique QR code valid for one admission. Duplicated or transferred codes may be refused.
- Latecomers are admitted at a suitable break, at the discretion of front of house.
- Concession tickets (student, under-26) require valid proof at the door.
3. Space hire
- Hire slots include the buffer time shown at booking. Please vacate on time so the next company can load in.
- Rates may vary for peak hours, full days and multi-week residencies.
- You are responsible for your equipment, your team and any damage caused during your slot.
- Technical equipment may only be operated by, or with the approval of, our technical staff.
4. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the performance unless stated otherwise. Space hire cancelled with more than 7 days' notice is refunded in full; inside 7 days we may retain the deposit. If we cancel or reschedule, you may choose a transfer or a full refund.
5. House rules
No smoking, open flame, pyrotechnics or unauthorised rigging. Recording during performances is not permitted without written consent. We may refuse entry to anyone behaving unsafely or disruptively.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, or for personal property left on the premises. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
7. Content
All text, images and production photography on this site remain the property of Prayogshala or the respective artists and may not be reused without permission.
